The Strength Method training studio is a place where anyone can come learn how to properly strength train. We offer 45-minute small group sessions designed to help you build lean muscle, move well, and get stronger through thoughtful, progressive programming.
Our classes are intentionally small — only 4–8 people — so you get the attention and support you need. This setup gives you the feel and quality of personal training, with the energy and affordability of a small group.
We focus on progressive overload and tracking your progress over time. You’ll lift a series of weights each session, and your trainer will record your numbers so we can build from week to week and help you progress safely and confidently. We’re here for results and education. That’s what matters.
Strength training is essential at every stage of life, and learning to lift properly can truly change the way you move and feel. We pride ourselves on teaching proper form, meeting you where you are, and helping you build strength that supports your life.

Anything you can move in. Athletic clothing is ideal, and flat-bottom shoes are preferred for lifting — but truly, whatever shoes you have are just fine. Comfort first.

Not a problem at all! We work with beginners all the time, and it’s one of our favorite things to watch — seeing you get stronger, build confidence, and learn new movements is the best part.

You’re in good hands. All of our trainers are experienced in modifying strength exercises to meet your needs safely and effectively.
If you’re just getting back into movement or want extra support before jumping into class, we also offer personal training. Many people like to do a 5-session pack first — head to our contact page to learn more.

Yes! Lots of our members blend both. Working one-on-one gives you individualized focus, and classes are an awesome way to stay consistent and have fun training with others. You can absolutely do both.
